Hemorrhoids Natural Cures - Hemorrhoid Miracle by Chris Fenton

Hemorrhoids are painful, swollen veins in the lower portion of the rectum or anus. Symptoms of hemorrhoids include anal itching; anal ache or pain, especially while sitting; bright red blood on toilet tissue, stool, or in the toilet bowl; pain during bowel movements; and one or more hard tender lumps near the anus. Here, then, are hemorrhoids natural cures.

Number one: Fiber. Fiber shows a consistent beneficial effect in relieving hemorrhoid symptoms and bleeding. It can soften stool and increase its bulk, which helps to reduce straining. Eat foods rich in fiber, such as whole grains and vegetables. Number two: Horse chestnut. The seed of the horse chestnut tree has been used since the 1800s to treat various vein conditions. Today, horse chestnut extract is commonly used in Europe and Asia for hemorrhoids. Also, horse chestnut extract contains aescin which has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve vein elasticity, strengthen vein walls, and improve vein tone. Horse chestnut can be taken as a tea or in capsule form. It can also be applied externally as a compress.

Number three: Aloe vera. Aloe has a long history of use as soothing and cooling astringent. Aloe gel, derived from the plant's leaf, can be applied to external hemorrhoids to relieve the swelling and pain; and aloe vera latex extract can be used as a natural laxative to combat constipation. Number four: Bioflavonoids. This type of plant compound stabilizes and strengthens the blood vessel walls and decreases inflammation. Bioflavonoids are also known to reduce anal discomfort, pain, and anal discharge during an acute hemorrhoid attack.

Number five: Bromelein. Bromelein, which is actually a combination of digestive enzymes found in pineapple, can stop swelling and inflammation. For this reason, it has been used for treating hemorrhoids and other vein conditions including varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency.

These are just five hemorrhoids natural cures that you can choose from.
